Hello! I have advanced training and expertise in perinatal mental health and I value working with women across all stages of trying to conceive, pregnancy and postpartum. I also have a soft spot for fathers and partners navigating infertility, pregnancy, or parenting alongside the mother. I understand the pre- and postpartum season of one’s life can be filled with loss, grief, joy, and great change. I am well-versed in and enjoy working with a wide variety of clients and concerns, including couples and relationship work, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
