Welcome! I offer therapy to help individuals gain greater understanding of themselves through reprocessing traumatic and distressing life events. I approach therapy through a humanistic anti-oppressive lens, with a focus on how systems and relationships impact our everyday functioning. I have experience working with individuals impacted by carceral systems and other systems of power and oppression (i.e. courts, forced hospitalization). I bring curiosity, humility, and compassion to my work, and I enjoy building on clients' existing strengths and interests to help them develop skills to better advocate for themselves. I specialize in trauma, integrating somatic approaches, parts work and principles of harm reduction, transformative justice, and abolition. Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I enjoy helping clients integrate and reprocess traumatic experiences to improve their daily functioning and deepen their self-understanding.
