I’m so glad you’re here! Making that first step towards helping yourself is daunting, so I’m glad you’ve found my page! My goal in therapy is to create a safe, encouraging, and hopeful place for my clients and to allow them to engage in the collaborative process that is therapy. Life can be so difficult and overwhelming with challenges, and I’d like to be able to help you navigate them in a kind, therapeutic setting. Not only can the responsibilities of life feel frustrating but navigating those responsibilities while trying to break generational cycles, practice self-care, manage negative thoughts, and build yourself up is hard. This is where our therapy sessions can come in. We will work together using expressive arts, traditional talk therapy, and strength building techniques in order to experience a relief of symptoms and sustained improvement in daily life with realistic and manageable goals. Our sessions will encourage insight and hope into your daily routine.
