Caroline Thomas is a compassionate and experienced therapist who provides care to teens, adults and seniors across New Hampshire. She works with clients to help them understand their personal narratives, including how relationships and life experiences have shaped their present selves. Caroline’s therapeutic approach emphasizes building a trusting, collaborative relationship, allowing her clients to clarify their goals and work through challenges together. Serving clients aged 15 and up, she offers both individual and group therapy for a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
