I believe that humans inherently possess the ability to grow and change, and I want to work collaboratively with you to identify deep rooted narratives, build on your existing strengths, and make the changes you want to make in your life. If you are suffering from trauma, mental health issues, relationship issues, or are challenged dealing with the stressors of daily life, we can work on it together. I am trained in Brainspotting therapy, which functions as a neurobiological tool to enhance the clinical healing process. Brainspotting works with the deep brain and the body through its direct access to the autonomic and limbic systems within the body’s central nervous system. I also practice IFS and Somatics.
