Anxiety and self-doubt have a way of taking over, pushing you toward perfection, holding you back from confidence, and leaving you stuck in self-criticism. You don't have to carry this alone. Together, we will work to uncover what's fueling your anxiety, build self-compassion, and create practical tools to manage life with more ease, clarity and confidence. As a psychologist and lifelong horsewoman, I support adults and equestrians who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, or perfectionism. In our work, you'll find space to reconnect with your intuition and confidence. Depending on your goals, our work may include talk therapy, nature-based sessions, sport psychology skills or psychotherapy with horses.
