Hi! I'm Carolyn. I know I'm probably biased, but therapy is one of my favorite things! I'm so glad that you're here and I am excited for the opportunity to work together. I want to work with clients who are ready and willing to make changes in their lives. Don't get me wrong, change is difficult, but so is staying the same. You may not know exactly what needs to change but being willing to do something different is a step in the right direction!
