Many of the clients I support are people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, and are ready for change—even if they’re not sure what that change looks like yet. They may be facing depression, anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or simply a desire to understand themselves better. What they’re seeking is a safe space to feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
