I have experience working with adolescents and families of diverse backgrounds, both in academic and mental health settings. This was a great learning experience and allowed me to connect with individuals on a personal and emotional level. lI have facilitated groups after school, where individuals were invited to a safe space to discuss topics such as academics, family, and any personal problems they were going through. I have provided individual and group psychotherapy during my internship at Helping Hands Psychotherapy and led support groups through the Postpartum Resource Center of New York
