As a Telehealth psychologist, I invite people who are interested and appropriate for this type of platform; those who are new to psychotherapy or personal growth, as well as those who have been on a growth path for some time, seeking to deepen their work. I have been providing psychotherapy to adults since 2002, and am committed to helping you move toward your therapy goals as quickly as you are able and willing. My approach is an integral one, drawing from an extensive background in psychodynamic-relational, humanistic, systems, trauma-based (IFS and EMDR) and coaching psychology.
