If you are feeling stuck in worry, sadness, or self-doubt—and noticing it's impact on your relationships, motivation, or sense of direction—you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we will work to reduce anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship challenges so you can move forward with greater confidence and emotional balance. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you feel more grounded and empowered in your daily life. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, OCD, and perinatal mental health. I support clients in recovery through coping skills, self-esteem building, and emotional awareness. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental presence. By request, I use Tarot as a projective tool and integrate spiritually informed practices aligned with each client’s values.
