Hi, I am Carolyn and I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with 25 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping a variety of clients from young children, adolescents, adults as well as geriatrics who are experiencing difficulties with issues such as depression, stress, anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, emotional regulation, OCD, family trauma/childhood issues and coping with life changes. I have worked for many years as a school counselor, mental health agencies, and in private practice. I am passionate about my work and strive to provide a safe and caring environment. I provide behavioral health support and care coordination for patients in Florida in a variety of living settings, telehealth and private homes. Custom tailoring an individual approach using modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Grief Work and Solution-Focused therapy to help my clients.
