I am a licensed psychotherapist who can help with modern day problems: loneliness, excessive self-expectation, increased need for perfection, and fear of failure. I work with young adults who are experiencing difficulties managing emotions surrounding issues of self-esteem, depression, anxiety, relationships, identity formation, work challenges, life transitions, grief and loss. I have a special interest in working with people who identify as a Highly Sensitive Person. (HSP) As an accredited Highly Sensitive Therapist, I help individuals gain a better understanding of how this trait affects their daily life experiences.
