As a licensed therapist, I am committed to empowering women and teenage girls to navigate life's complexities with confidence. My practice focuses on supporting women and non-binary individuals of all ages who face challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image issues. My goal is to guide my clients in reconnecting with their body's wisdom by fostering a sense of safety within the nervous system and enhancing self-awareness around triggers and unhealthy behavioral patterns rooted in trauma.
