Hello! My name is Carolyn Jones and I would love to guide you in healing from eating disorders, body image issues, anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD as well as other issues including stress, relationships, divorce, grief, spirituality, life transitions and self-esteem. Once we identify your goals, you will have 50 minute sessions with homework given to you to ponder and process each week (if desired) so you can feel better faster. I will guide you as you build on your strengths and move towards more peace and contentment in your life. Life is challenging and by empowering you to make some changes, you can truly enjoy life :)
