I enjoy working with individuals 12 and older who are struggling with emotion dysregulation, engaging in self harm behaviors or aggressive behaviors. I also work with anxiety disorders, trauma disorders, and other mood disorders. I work toward building capacity to self regulate, build strenghts and connect to sense of values in life. I have experience in providing ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) based interventions, prolonged exposure, CBT, and brief solutions focused therapy. I have Linehan Board Certified to provide DBT treatment and am a part of the adolescent DBT program at Kalamazoo Child and Family Counseling.
