Currently Accepting new clients for appointments prior to 4pm. Also NOW Licensed in Maine and accepting Anthem BCBS and Harvard Pilgrim plans. I take a person-centered approach to all sessions with the focus being on what you want to see change and what is most important to you. I view my job as helping you to discover the strength that you already have inside of you. We find that strength together and then you learn how to use it every day to overcome life's obstacles. I believe that I am your support along this journey, but you are the guide and you ultimately have to be ready to make your own life better.
