Though I work with many client needs, my areas of specialty include women’s health, pregnancy and postpartum struggles, fertility issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and adjustment to significant life changes. I work with individuals, couples, and families and though I work mostly with adults now, I keep a few kids and teens in my practice as well. Working collaboratively with my clients, I draw from a variety of clinical perspectives and provide a safe and warm therapeutic environment. I have more than 25 years of experience working with individuals, families, and couples in different settings. My approach is strength-based and client centered, and I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches.
