Whether you’ve been in therapy for years or have never met with a therapist, we will work collaboratively to address what you need for where you are right now. There are no expectations and there are no judgements from the smallest of concerns to the greatest of difficulties. This is a safe and confidential place to work through what’s troubling you and what isn’t. Whether grappling with a major life transition, or working through a family or personal relationship challenge, my intention is to work with you using compassion, consideration, humor when appropriate, and above all else, honesty to support your needs.
