I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who grew up in London and later moved to California, where I pursued my path as a therapist. I offer warm, trauma-informed support to women (the perinatal period and beyond), young adults, teens, and children. I believe reaching out for help is a courageous step, and I feel honored to be trusted with each client’s story. I support clients with attachment challenges, emotional regulation, relational stress, life transitions, and specialize in processing trauma, including foster care and adoption. My experiences of motherhood, grief, and identity shifts inform my compassion and guide my approach. I believe life experiences shape how we see ourselves and the world. I provide an affirming care to LGBTQ+ clients and take a decolonizing and attachment focused approach. I draw from EMDR, parts work, somatic approaches, CBT, play therapy, art therapy, and sand therapy to foster safe, meaningful and strengths based healing.
