Handling emotions is hard. You don't get a rule book on how to manage everything life throws at you. I work with adolescents (age 8+), teens, and adults that want to build coping skills, manage stress, process trauma, and navigate life changes. For adolescents and teens, this often means managing the pressures of school, friendships, and identity, while learning how to express emotions in healthy ways. Adults I work with may be navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or past trauma that still impacts their daily lives. I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals and love helping my clients grow. Sessions are tailored to your unique story and goals.
