Welcome! I'm Carolyn! I am a very compassionate and supportive LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinic Social Worker) offering individual psychotherapy via Telehealth for adults and older adults experiencing a variety of mental health issues like depression, anxiety, mood disorders and more. I completed my MSW from Boston College in 2016 and have worked in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and behavioral health clinics. I love the work that I do as a private practice clinician and consider it a privilege to partner with my clients to help them reach their goals for therapy. I look forward to meeting you! View 5 Photos I offer individual counseling with adults. I primarily utilize CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in my sessions. I also partner with her small animals e.g. dogs and bird, to provide animal assisted psychotherapy.
