If you’ve experienced trauma, or something that made you feel powerless, hopeless, or afraid, then I’d love to help you in your recovery process. I specialize in working with adults to help them heal from trauma, such as domestic violence, abuse, and neglect. I also support people in managing concerns like depression, anxiety, family/relationship conflict, grief, and anger management. I use evidence-based techniques including EMDR, EFT, CBT, and DBT.
