My background includes experience in clinical settings, crisis intervention, residential addiction treatment, and university counseling. I specialize in working with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, and identity. I also have a particular passion for supporting individuals from the LGBTQ+ community.
