I have been successful helping clients return to healthy and dynamic lives who have experienced severe anxiety, depression, and debilitating trauma from physical, emotional and sexual abuse. I have also helped families and couples with relationship issues including; frustrated parents with young children and/or challenging teenagers, couples stuck in bad communication cycles, and people who have lost themselves, their motivation and direction.
