I have sought to work collaboratively with individuals in emotional healing and personal growth and decision-making. I have accompanied many people on parts of their journeys toward self-discovery, self-acceptance and empowerment as they have experienced depression, anxiety and confusion. Those who are shy,unsure of themselves or interested in the interplay of psychological, physical, spiritual and cultural influences on their lives are often particularly good matches for my style. I also bring life experience as mother, educator, developer of a cross-cultural youth and family counseling program, and religious leader.
