I think it is helpful to have a therapist with many years of experience. I have been practicing therapy for over 25 years, so I have a great deal of experience with different kinds of problems/issues, and with different types of clients. I limit my practice to adults, with my specialty being older adults. Many of my clients are having issues with anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, or just the everyday challenges of living. I am a Christian and specialize in Christian counseling, but also have many clients who are not Christians. I enjoy helping people and seeing them improve their lives.
