Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in California. I received my Master's from California State University, Fresno, and have been practicing in the medical social work field for over 20 years. And had a private practice for almost 2 years. I help my clients learn to put their thoughts and emotions into words and help them process their fear, anxiety, grief, depression, joy, dysfunctional family stress, learning disabilities, crazy ideas, and more. My goal is that they come away knowing they are seen, understood, and gently guided to know their own truth. Having worked with older children, adolescents, adults, and those with ID/DD and their families, I've developed skills to help you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
