My name is Carolyn Tope and I am a therapist at Rivas Psychotherapy. I have a passion for helping adults in all stages of life, and have a passion in supporting adults 55+. My journey to becoming a therapist began with a natural ability to connect with people through active listening. My empathy, coupled with my clinical training, allows me to create a positive environment. I utilize evidence-based approaches to help you identify negative thought patterns and develop coping mechanisms.
