I am a licensed psychoanalyst and am available to help. You may struggle with long-standing anxiety, depression, trauma, or other emotional difficulties that interfere with experiencing joy, pleasure, and meaningful connection. If so, I provide psychoanalytic and psychodynamic therapy to help uncover unconscious patterns and conflicts that contribute to your emotional and even physical pain, relationship struggles, unwanted dependencies, loneliness, insomnia, phobias, career dissatisfaction, and intense or difficult emotions such as rage and shame. My approach is grounded in gently and bravely exploring unconscious fears and desires, bringing them into awareness so they no longer remain barriers to lasting change. I passionately believe that long-term growth comes from exploring and accepting all parts of ourselves to find your own unique and fulfilling way to live your life.
