Are current life stressors, unwanted feelings and emotions holding you back from being the best version of yourself? When this happens it often leaves us in a place of uncertainty, questioning life's purpose and feeling disconnected with others, which, may lead to hopelessness and helplessness. This may lead you to seek out support to process these emotions and feelings, along with the desire to gain skills to assist with these feelings.
