Carolynn believes every person has a meaningful, unique story that has shaped their life. She is curious and passionate about developing relationships to better understand the backgrounds, experiences, and influential people in the lives of her clients. She focuses on understanding family of origin and childhood relationships and how they influence identity. She has been trained as a Strengths coach, helping people to lean into their natural abilities, talents and skills to manage challenging seasons of life. Carolynn has experience working with families, couples, and postpartum women in addition to individual clients.
