My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, valued, and understood. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, feeling stuck in the past, or just hoping to feel like yourself again, I’m here to walk alongside you. I offer in-person and online services in Arizona, and exclusively online sessions in Indiana.
