People have more wisdom and strength than they often realize. Everyone is their own person and has their own story, and my approach to your needs can be as individualized as need be. My overall approach is grounded in Narrative, Strength-Based, and Solution-Focused work. I believe healing starts when we begin to rewrite the stories that no longer serve us and start to see ourselves more clearly. Many of my clients are exploring personal growth and may be questioning their relationship with substances. People have different relationships with substance use, and although this is an area where I specialize, it does not need be a focus.
