That is only the beginning. We find out what is getting you stuck and create new pathways to healing and resiliency. I specialize in helping clients who struggle with the lingering effects of childhood and complex trauma, the impact of addiction, intimacy issues, life transitions, boundaries, codependency, and self-esteem.
