Sometimes life becomes challenging. We get sad, depressed, overwhelmed, and often we can’t seem to get back to our “old self.” Sometimes we just need someone to talk through our feelings with no judgment. Therapy is a great way to navigate through these feelings and experiences and I look forward to working through it with you. I have worked with a variety of individuals from different ages and backgrounds in a school setting, inpatient psych, and outpatient therapy. I have worked with individuals and families to overcome battles with trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, life transitions and relationship issues. I will work with you to help you identify areas of growth, build inner strength, improve wellness, and accomplish your personal goals.
