In my practice, I partner with clients to address a range of concerns including anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, life transitions, grief and loss, and challenges with communication, perfectionism, burnout and boundaries. I bring a genuine sense of compassion and curiosity to my work, with the goal of fostering a non-judgmental, supportive environment. I have a unique set of skills from having worked in schools, restaurants, hospitals and community health centers.
