My clients often come to me navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or major life transitions whether that’s starting college, changing careers, ending a relationship, or simply reevaluating their path forward. Many of the people I work with are motivated to feel better but aren’t sure where to start. They value a direct, collaborative approach and are looking for practical tools not just insight, but real strategies they can use in daily life.
