I provide therapy & Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) through a strengths-based, trauma-focused lens, and view each person as a resilient individual system capable of developing agency of their lived story and gaining mastery of their whole self. My clients include those living with challenges complicated by high-conflict relationships, court involvement, traumatic experiences and domestic violence. My therapy and ADR services are designed to provide an holistic and trauma-informed, culturally-attuned approach to understanding and healing from the abuse and trauma affecting individuals, relationships, families and systems. Domestic violence work, parent coaching, abuse education & experiences of trauma are strong focuses of my work. I am trained in Narrative Exposure Therapy and EMDR for the treatment of PTSD and complex trauma. I am a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral and offer Parent Coaching and Parent Consulting services often required by Family Court for high conflict families.
