I work with children, adolescents, and young adults who are experiencing anxiety, school-related stress, behavioral challenges, or difficulties related to family or life transitions. Many families and young people seek support when worry feels overwhelming or when school pressures and expectations become hard to manage. I strive to provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where young people can better understand their emotions and develop practical strategies for managing anxiety and stress. With younger children, our time often includes developmentally appropriate activities and skill-building.
