I view therapy as a collaborative process and work in partnership with my clients to formulate goals for treatment and steps toward change. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who would like support and assistance to make changes in their lives. I often work with clients to improve their relationships, find healthy ways to cope with anxiety and/or depression, or to stop engaging in behaviors that have become problematic. I believe we sometimes develop coping strategies that work in one circumstance or developmental stage and then become ineffective as our lives change.
