Interested in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy? It’s a compassionate way to heal. I enjoy building relationships with people to help them sort their emotions and to give them voice. Creating a space of unconditional respect and acceptance, I strengthen people to do the work of therapy. I work with adults on attachment, trauma, depression, anxiety, and more. I am passionate about teaching parents ways to connect with their children to create an environment where children flourish and parents feel competent and effective, and enjoy working with parents of children with big behaviors and parents of adopted children.
