About
I help people explore relationships; whether that’s their relationship to food and their body, to others, or to themselves. I support clients in understanding the root causes of emotional patterns related to anxiety, self-esteem, attachment, and identity that can feel stuck or overwhelming, with the goal of meaningful and lasting change. I am navigating the chaos of life just like you. I became a therapist because, despite all the uncertainty in the world, I believe deeply in the power of authentic human connection. I offer a warm, inclusive, trauma-informed space where you can explore your story without judgment. I work with adults, adolescents, and children experiencing anxiety, eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, relationship and attachment issues, life transitions, and emotional regulation challenges. Together, we explore patterns, coping strategies, and internal blocks while building insight, emotional resilience, and self-compassion.
