Hi, my name is Carrie and my role as a therapist is to walk alongside individuals going through difficult life experiences. This might be grief and loss, work stress or school stress, parenting or relational challenges, self-esteem issues, anxiety and depression. All things that can often feel overwhelming at times and make us question our own emotions and behaviors. I help individuals understand why they are feeling this way and identify practical strategies to move towards relief and healing.
