I enjoy serving adults and adolescents and working collaboratively with individuals and families to improve emotional health and overall well-being. My role is to gain a true understanding of each client's goals and challenges and assist in growth and healing. I use a client-centered approach with each individual and draw on various treatment modalities to address obstacles to change. I am skilled in the use of psychodynamic therapy, brainspotting, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, sand tray therapy, and other treatment models.
