I can create a safe, comfortable, and inviting environment to process emotional stressors, and transitions. My team and I work to treat anxiety, depression, anger, and phobias. We help children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. My team also specializes in EMDR (in person and virtually), ERP, DBT, and exposure therapy to treat trauma/PTSD, phobias and fear.
