Each of us benefits from having someone to really listen to us and help us learn and grow to become more able to advocate for that which we need to find our balance. I am certified in perinatal mental health and I have experience working with women struggling with postpartum, infertility, perinatal loss and with those navigating medical/special needs parenting. I am passionate about working with women around their unique challenges. I walk alongside my clients as they process their feelings and learn ways to communicate and cope during difficult times. Helping clients fill their “toolbox” using various modalities to build skills to cope and change how they think about various relationships and situations. Learning balance in life between work and home and helping others and self care is important in the healing process. Helping provide resources to assist clients on their journey.
