Therapy can assist in making hope and healing an attainable goal. I work with individuals and families coping with depression, self esteem, anxiety, behavior problems, relationship issues, adoption, grief, domestic violence, and multicultural issues to help them them in their healing journey, teaching them to refocus on the things that bring true joy. I believe that when clients learn to refocus their thoughts and make key behavioral changes, they are often able to find peace and wellness. A Christ centered approach is offered and discussions of faith are welcome while not mandatory. Client's views are respected and honored.
