About
I work with curious clients who are eager to better understand evidence based methods to help reduce and prevent future symptoms. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and brief and solution focused methods. I believe in keeping clinical skills up to date through teaching. I taught at Georgetown Hospital and the George Washington University. I work with depressive disorders, OCD, panic disorder, generalized anxiety, chronic health issues and management, neurodivergence, stage of life issues, and life stress responses.
