It is challenging, vulnerable work to open up to a stranger, and I do not take that lightly. I understand and appreciate the courage it takes to select and trust someone to help you, and that's why I put the relationship first. The most important thing about coaching is that you feel comfortable with your coach. I strive to bring forward my genuine self and to provide you with honesty, security and integrity throughout your process. Whatever you bring to the table, I want to partner with you to tackle your concerns together. I'm non-judgmental, open-minded and empathic by nature. I see people for their potential and their strengths and help them to see their own strengths, too.
